RETURN POLICY

Decorated exchanges will only be accepted for orders that were incorrect or defective.

Garments cannot be exchanged based on size.

***Make sure you obtain your RA# prior to sending to New Era Grafix.  No returns will be accepted without this number.***

Send completed form to pete@newerasite.com. A return number will be issued via email once the request has been authorized.  

Print the form with the RA# included, and send it with the exchange.

Clearly label the RA# on the outside of the package.

You must have the return to New Era Grafix within 10 business days of receiving your RA#.

Please note: Applicable shipping charges will be extra on all exchanges on goods going out.

 

How long do they have to return or exchange an item?  

- Returns and exchanges must be completed within 10 DAYS from receiving your order

Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. Shipping is not refunded on returns.

We recommend all returns and exchanges be sent via UPS, Fedex or Purolator.  New Era Grafix is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non traceable carrier.

Returns and exchanges will be inspected and processed within 48 business hours after receiving your return.  New Era Grafix has the right to decline a return or exchange if we find it was not returned in the same condition that it was shipped in.

In the case your shipment is sent back to New Era Grafix due to incorrect address, shipment not picked up at depot, you will be responsible for shipping cost coming back and going back out.

If you receive an error in your order please call 888-834-8509 Ext. 231 from Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00. New Era Grafix will arrange pickup at our expense.
